Payments may be processed by approved third-party payment providers. IjikwePay does not intend to store complete card details. Payment providers process information under their own privacy and security policies.

We may share the minimum information required with payment processors, television subscription providers, infrastructure providers, professional advisers and regulators. We do not sell customers’ personal information.

5. Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably required for service delivery, transaction records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal compliance. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no electronic service can guarantee absolute security.
